Sunday worship during covid-19

On Sunday, September 20th, we're moving our worship service from the parking lot back into our building at 342 Prospect St. Worship will begin at 9:30 am with Sunday school for all ages following the service at 11:15 am. Our balcony will be a mask-only area for worship and an adult Sunday school class. For those worshiping or attending Sunday school in our sanctuary, we'll observe the governor's order to wear masks when within six feet of a non-family member.

You may find our live stream here. We look forward to exalting the name of Christ with you.

A Church Where we feast on his word & his grace overcomes our failures.

Sunday Worship @ 9:30AM

We believe that God's Word is where wisdom and salvation is found. Jesus is our King, and we are committed to the proclamation of his Word in song, prayer, and preaching.  "The gospel is the power of God unto salvation" (Rom. 1:16), and for that reason our services are centered around Christ and his teaching.

What Should I Wear?

You're invited to come as you are, whether it's a suit or shorts you feel most comfortable wearing. Our members and attendees tend to dress pretty casual.

Four Quick Facts on Who we are and what we are about

  •  We are a Bible church.  We believe the Bible is God’s infallible and inerrant Word (2 Tim 3:16), and we are committed to expository preaching (Neh 8:5-8).
  • We are a gospel church.  We believe in the power of God to save sinners by his sovereign grace through our faith in Christ alone (Eph 2:8-9), and we are committed to proclaiming the gospel to the nations (Matt 28:19).
  • We are Reformed in our theology. We believe in the historic biblical faith traditionally known as Reformed Protestantism. We are intentionally theological, believing that God's Word has something to teach us about every aspect of our lives.
  • We love Jesus. Our desire is to love and honor Jesus in all we do and think. (John 14:15).

Youth Group

Ages 12+

In addition to opportunities for Sunday School each Sunday at 11:15AM, youth ages 12+ meet on Sunday nights in the Youth Loft at 6:00-8:00PM to worship Jesus, fellowship together, study the Bible, and serve others. Whereas typical youth ministry focuses upon moralism, we focus upon expository Bible teaching so that we might create in them what the disciples experienced when Jesus opened up the Scriptures on the road to Emmaus:

"They said to each other, 'Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures?'" (Luke 24:32).
